Why it's Fierce:  SimpleSignal keeps rolling out the Voice 2.0 mash-up apps on top of its hosting business, leveraging its BroadSoft expertise and layering in more functionality. Gotta love being able to manage your calendar items in Microsoft Outlook through voice commands using their hosted Exchange solution. There's the (almost usual) fare of being able to listen to your email via the phone and having your voice mail transcribed to text for quick email reading on your smart phone. You can also get more SIP trunking bandwidth via SimpleSignal web page within 60 seconds. 

Customers love them. We can't wait to see the next set of apps they roll out.
