$15B enterprise wVoIP market predicted
Does an estimate of $15 billion in enterprise spending on wireless VoIP in five years make sense to you? That's what Juniper Research is predicting--that $2 billion in 2007 sales will grow to $15 billion in 2012, with switches/mobility controllers accounting for $8 billion of that. The big winner is expected to be Cisco, followed by Aruba, Trapeze, Proxim and Meru. For handsets, Juniper says Spectralink (whose sale to Polycom closed this week, by the way) is the company to beat.
