Empirix monitoring rated compliant with Avaya contact centers
Empirix, a Mass.-based VoIP monitoring solutions provider, announced today that its products have been rated compliant with Avaya's contact center solutions. The new rating means an increase in the number of vendors the VoIP monitoring company will be able to serve.
Empirix has stated that their solution is now compliant with Avaya Aura Communications Manager on Avaya S8700 servers with MCC1 Media Gateways and Avaya Proactive Contact with PG230RM. The Empirix Proactive Communications Assurance solution allows companies to test outbond contact center calls for performance and end user experience.
Empirix was a Fierce 15 winner for its Hammer product line which makes sure IMS devices perform to spec.
