This seems like an excellent offering. But businesses owners need to be careful which VoIP service they select.
As the market has progressed, we’ve seen three types of VoIP service emerge. The lowest cost product is hosted service with poor sound quality and limited features. Following that you have a product like FreedomIQ which is a hosted service with quality sound, a range of exciting features, and a competitive price. The most expensive type of VoIP service is the IP-PBX model. The choice between IP-PBX and high quality hosted is based on what you want your company spending it’s time on. The larger the company the more likely they are to have disposable IT time. Therefore, an IP-PBX might make more sense. But for most businesses a hosted VoIP PBX is a better option, especially if you calculate in the time cost of personnel.
It is good to see that this Bandwidth company has a cost effective product. But I wonder how the quality is and the feature list looks. Either way good luck to them.
