Is T-Mobile about to liberate wVoIP?

Tools

You can't always bet on what you read on the British Web site The Register, but the guys over there are saying that T-Mobile is about lift its restriction on VoIP--for a price. It'll cost about $40/month for data only and $80/month including cellular voice.
