Jangl's one-caller-only phone number

Tools

Jangl's got an interesting new service that it's integrating with the social-networking site Facebook. You can now set up virtual local phone numbers assigned to particular people that you want to be able to call you. If you're in a new relationship, for instance, you can give out a Jangl-supplied number that you can kill if things don't work out without fear of getting stalked by phone. The Jangle numbers are linked to Caller ID, so calls need to originate from the same number; this also allows Jangle to use the same phone number to provide many different connections. It's an interesting idea. Less creepy than Craigsnumber and much safer than handing out a permanent number.
