Tools

No stranger to the courtroom over VoIP technology patents, Rates Technology Inc. (RTI) is suing Qwest Communications International Inc. for violating, yep, you guessed it, two of its VoIP patents. In particular, RTI claims that Qwest's OneFlex broadband service uses patents it has held for years. RTI wants the judge to stop Qwest from selling services that use the patents and recall any products, too.
