snom's Storella discusses state of VoIP market

In case you missed it before the long holiday weekend, Mike Storella, director of business development for German VoIP phone manufacturer snom, offered some insights into trends he sees in the communications industry, specifically in the market for VoIP phones. Storella said unified communications currently is the strongest segment in the larger communications industry and that customers and vendors alike are learning that ROI needs to be the deciding factor in replacing legacy voice hardware, according to an interview with TMC's Rich Tehrani.

Storella said the recession has not affected the way snom is investing in key markets and product development, according to the article.
