Speakeasy.com's blocking of certain VoIP calls to trigger FCC action?

On the heels of the Google Voice row regarding whether or not an Internet voice application is required to complete all calls, VoIP company Speakeasy.com has notified its customers that it will not be completing calls to certain free conference calling and adult content numbers. TMC.net and Public Knowledge seem to think this latest move could be the straw that breaks the camels back over at the FCC regarding the regulation of VoIP calling.
