SPOTLIGHT: Euro Disney Gets Orange VoIP, FMC

Orange Business Services has landed a big VoIP and FMC contract with Euro Disney a.k.a Disneyland Resort Paris.  Orange will be responsible for replacing the entire 15,000 phone line infrastructure and operating it over a six year period.

Under the turnkey solution, Euro Disney will get seven user profiles tailored to employee function, enabling the company to provide specific services to hotel staff and mobile employees via mobile or softphone. Employees will have a unified messaging service reachable via mobile or fixed line phone and PBX functionality available through a mobile phone.
