Vendors team to offer commercial SIP VoIP to MSOs

Six vendors have announced a joint software and service-based solution that enables multiple service operators (MSOs) to quickly deploy and deliver commercial SIP-based VoIP services. The pre-integrated VoIP and SIP trunking solutions support commercial grade features and functions, many of which will be demonstrated at the CableLabs Summer Conference Aug. 5-8 in Keystone, Colo.
